Five Language of Love
Once
upon a time, there was a father who works in a multinational company
as vice president for finance. He works almost 24 hours a day 7 days
a week ergo, he doesn't have time with his children nor his wife. His
children were complaining that their father loves his job that his
own children because he puts more of his time than his own family.
One time, his eldest son runaway to their home and promised that he
will never return to a fatherless home.
But
his father thought “I gave everything they needed, what else do
they need”
What
a tragic story isnt?
Love
month was over. Hello March. Time flies so fast!
Sometimes,
we think we already gave our best to express our love but at the end
of the day, it is not what they really need, just like what the story
I shared a while ago.
So,
I
just want to share with you
The
Five Love Languages: How to Express Heartfelt Commitment to Your
Mate is
a 1995 book by Gary
Chapman.
It
outlines five ways to express and experience love that
Chapman calls "love languages"
- words of affirmation
- acts of service
It
so important to know your partner's love language. So I encourage you
to take test in that. :) Search the web, there are so many
questionnaires to find out your love language! <3
This
post not just about the five languages of love. This post really was
about how blessed I am that God gave him to me. He just simply know
how to make me special. I guess, he really know what my love language
is. He has his own little ways to make me smile. Even if he is not
trying hard to do so.
And
I believe, you just need to find some one who knows you very well.
Hihi.
Small
things big impact
